Meth Question

Hi i've been smoking meth on and off. I've always been the "responsible user". I try to sleep, eat, and keep myself hydrated. But today I experienced something that I haven't felt throughout my using. I was at work and then I started to get dizzy, I thought if I give it some time and drink water I would eventually feel better. But it got worse, dizziness was 5 times harder, I started to get cold sweats, then my arms and hands had that tingly sensation and then I couldn't move my fingers. My fingers felt like they were stuck to each other and i could not move my thumbs at all. My left arm had it worse compared to my right one. I tried searching online about my situation but I wasn't able to find something that could help me understand what happened. Does anybody know what could've happened or anyone experience something similar to it and how should handle this situation.

even though you try to keep yourself hydrated , you might not have been hydrated enough , because generally that looks like the side effect of dehydration , also in order to keep hydrated you need to drink a shitload more water because meth dehydrates you . also low blood sugar levels causes this .
