Meth psychosis help

I know not to post this here but I need help with meth psychosis.. First time trying it out:I snorted a much larger amount than I wanted to accidentaly and now it feels like there are bugs on me and I keep shaking and black out for ten seconds at a time and it feels like someone is poking me with needles

fuc I need advice on how I can come down or get me thru this. meth = evil

i'd try to get some fresh air, drink something..
see if you can find some benzos, it might calm you down..
i'd move this to the dark side or otherdrugs tho
remember, its just the drug doing this to you
 
Crap, I wish I had my DSM-IV in front of me, then I could tell you how long the psychosis typically lasts. Unfortunately, I am not at home, so I don't have it handy. But I will tell you this: it will pass, don't worry too much about it. You know there are no bugs on you or anything scary like that, you are just having a reaction (a reaction that many people have) to the meth. Try to remain calm, and take the advice of the people who said to drink water, get fresh air, breathe deeply, etc. I hope this helps!

i am eating some solid food like bread and an apple and drinking water OMG this is not fun

umm I think I will take a .25mg xanax to try to get me to sleep it feels like I will just be a zombie for another day or two and why does it make parts of what you see dissapear? how can i stop all the shaking.. this isn't like shaking on rolls

drink water and chew gum.
that should help calm the shaking some.
and remind yourself that your situation is temporary. do not try to force sleep, it will only make it that much harder to obtain/maintain, and it will stress you out, and cause your heart to beat faster than it already is, which is not safe in the slightest.
call a friend, chat on im, do something to occupy your time and your mind until you are able to go to sleep, or start feeling better.
remember, you are stronger than it is, you will make it through this, and finally.. NO METH! BAD RAVER!

.25mg isnt shit... try and take at least 1-1.5mg if you can...
and i doubt you'll get to sleep still--just try and be calm, eat something, keep yourself hydrated... it WILL pass...

I don't understand. meth=methamphetamine yeah? i think ive had that , but we always believed it was pure amphetamine, not meth, and despite very large doses i never lost it as much as people say about meth. we always got a large white rock, which we spent fucking ages cuttin up.
If you have cannabis, try smoking a few bowls...it might focus attention and help to calm down. sorry 2 hear your trips so shitty
