It's not the meth - I can tell you what it is.. it's the BUGS that are UNDER YOUR SKIN! Can you feel them moving around? Look at your arm, you can see them... hundreds of them, all kinds of bugs... some like really long milliopeeds with hundreds of legs, some are like roaches, some have wings... you're having a hard time breathing because while they live and move right below the skin, there really isn't any fresh air in there - so they make their way to your lungs to lay their eggs .. if you can't brethe it's because their eggs are hatching and the bugs, just having hatched, are not able to walk and fall to the bottom of your lungs where they pile up.. some of them don't make it and if you listen you can hear the adult bugs eating the dead little bugs in your lungs!
By the time you read this, I would hope you have seen a good 8-15 hours of sleep and all of the acute psychosis has passed.. if you read this and are freaking out about the bugs, well, damn you really had one hell of a bender.. as for your boyfriend and his friend not being effected by it, well, everyone is made up differntly ..
All of this should pass.. if you have downers (such as benzos, opioids, etc..) that will GREATLY help you - but if you don't, the BESTthing you can do is SLEEP! Honestly, it may shock everyone to hear that a fine athletic machine such as myself does NOT recomend physical or psycholoical stress - meaning excersize, physical labor, mental stuff such as studying for a test, etc.. I have been through EXACTLY what you're going thorugh before, and when I had nothing else I would take some Unisom/Sominex (diphenhydramine; aka Benadryl or the PM part of Tylenol PM) .. you need to get 8-15 hours of GOOD SLEEP.. avoid the urge to use more meth...
