I have done meth before...smoked and snorted. This past weekend I did both and it had an extreme effect on me. I did this on Saturday evening and things were well, I was talking with my boyfriend, etc. We began around 8:00 pm and We continued on smoking it until sunday afternoon around say 11? I am STILL feeling the effects very strongly today. I had a panic attack last night too and I kept stressing myself out more because I thought I couldn't breathe properly, etc. He said that I was breathing fine but convincing myself I wasn't...Any suggestions on ways that I can calm the hell down?!? I feel extremely antsy. I have done more meth the other times and didn't have these effects at all. I definitely got tired when I stopped. My boyfriend isn't feeling the effects anymore, neither is his friend. I didn't do more than them either. Sorry this isn't written as intelligently as I would like it to be ..

Dont panic, there may have been several minor contributing factors as to why this time the after effects were more severe(maybe better quality meth?).They will subside, but if you can get youre hands on some benzos, all the better.(thats what i would do).

It sounds to me like you are suffering from some general placebo effect paranoia and aftereffects; I woudn't worry too much as you should return to normal soon....drink lots of water, eat some food, exericse a little to tire yourself out.

I agree, drink lots of water, try to eat something, take a walk!!--also a benzo(Xanax, Klonopin, even lorazepam(ativan) or valium would really help calm you down!

It's not the meth - I can tell you what it is.. it's the BUGS that are UNDER YOUR SKIN! Can you feel them moving around? Look at your arm, you can see them... hundreds of them, all kinds of bugs... some like really long milliopeeds with hundreds of legs, some are like roaches, some have wings... you're having a hard time breathing because while they live and move right below the skin, there really isn't any fresh air in there - so they make their way to your lungs to lay their eggs .. if you can't brethe it's because their eggs are hatching and the bugs, just having hatched, are not able to walk and fall to the bottom of your lungs where they pile up.. some of them don't make it and if you listen you can hear the adult bugs eating the dead little bugs in your lungs!
By the time you read this, I would hope you have seen a good 8-15 hours of sleep and all of the acute psychosis has passed.. if you read this and are freaking out about the bugs, well, damn you really had one hell of a bender.. as for your boyfriend and his friend not being effected by it, well, everyone is made up differntly ..
All of this should pass.. if you have downers (such as benzos, opioids, etc..) that will GREATLY help you - but if you don't, the BESTthing you can do is SLEEP! Honestly, it may shock everyone to hear that a fine athletic machine such as myself does NOT recomend physical or psycholoical stress - meaning excersize, physical labor, mental stuff such as studying for a test, etc.. I have been through EXACTLY what you're going thorugh before, and when I had nothing else I would take some Unisom/Sominex (diphenhydramine; aka Benadryl or the PM part of Tylenol PM) .. you need to get 8-15 hours of GOOD SLEEP.. avoid the urge to use more meth...

AHHHHH get em off me!

There was NO urge to do more meth, trust me!!! I was totally freakin out and trying to get more or do more was not on my mind!!!! aahhh.....it was scary as hell!! Any little noise would startle me and I'd panic! Thanks for the advice. I didn't have any access to downers but sleep did do the trick ...I just had to wait it out til my body was soooo tired that it couldn't resist

I have been doing crystal for a long time, and for long peroids of time, and never once have I see or felt bugs under my skin.
