High tolerance to stims is usually solved pretty handily with a tolerance break. If you're already high and trying to re-up then you probably won't breakthrough, or if you do it'll take quite a bit.

Definitely don't start IVing just to get a little more high. Best to take a T break, but if you don't, micron filters are the best thing for your veins.
