hi blue light, I'm just curious to know exactly how long does it take to get meth amphetamines and heroin (amphetemine/opiates) out of ur system? For certain personal reasons

Generally 3-5 days for both, but it's dependent on a lot of variables such as activity level, amount and duration of use, metabolism, diet, etc.

depends how much and how long you were using for i guess. plenty of water and exercise would help
