There's this new guy at work that always has meth to sell, so lately I have being doing it often. I noticed that when I have a day off I'm really tired .... really spent, I just sleep all day .My tolerance has gone way up, I need bigger quantities more often, but I just love that clear headed feeling ... I'm a tech and when I'm on meth I can diagnose and fix problems faster.... I love working on the stuff. I was dependent on heroin for years and it is great to be able to get out of bed without worrying about your wake up fix.... so I don't want to get strung out. I can deal with cravings and stuff but I don't ever want to deal with physical dependency again.So, how long can I fuck around with meth before having to deal with physical dependency?

I actually just used some good quality meth at work yesterday. It almost doubled my productivity.
Unfortunantly, today I feel like ass. My tongue is swelled from it pushing against the roof of my mouth. It has a lot of bad side effects that make it not really worth it. I knew this, but I was stupid anyways.
At any rate, I'm not around it all the time and have no desire to use it frequently. It's not really my thing.
As for you, your tolerance is already up, you're using frequently, you've found an excuse to do it often and you're actually asking this question. I would say you're already on your way to a problem. Physical addiction is not too hard to get over. Psychological addiction is. And if you're staying awake for days in a row, keep in mind you WILL without a doubt start developing paranoia problems among other things.

I'm not staying up for days, I do a few bumps during the day or whenever I have to work (sometimes is nights) and when I want to go to bed I down some g and smoke some bud and I sleep just fine.I just don't want to get to the point that I need meth to get up/eat/sleep.

If you are truly worried then quit for a month. You don't have to quit, there are other options, but once you promise yourself that there'll be no more meth for a month, there truly cannot be.

petersko??? that's how I have been using drugs.... always.
i.e. a few blues or a shot of heroin after a night spents shooting coke;
pot and/or ghb when coming down from extacy,
benzos after acid.....the list goes on.
I don't see any problems with it, pretty much every drug lover I know does the same.

Romancat-if you want to stop using meth, then taper. I know it is hard to taper, but perhaps use every other day or maybe 5 out of 7 instead of everyday. Next step, use ephedrine to help w/ the everyday motivation loss and lack of energy. Stopping meth abruptly is very tough, so if need be, taper and substitute. I noticed G is a good crutch for any comedown, be opiates or speed, and it sounds to me you have access to it. Be careful, speed creeps, that is, before you know it you will be waking up at 6am and the 1st and ONLY thing on your mind is getting high and getting that 'clear head feeling'.....It really isn't worth it
