meth and e

Last weekend, I made the mistake of taking e and meth together. I took a rather strong pill (only 1) and then after I started coming down, I smoked a moderate amount of meth (ive done meth before..but I'm sort of new to it). That day and the next, I felt pretty normal..actually really good. However, the past few days, I have been feeling strange. I'm finding myself paranoid and on the verge of a panic attack. At some points I feel as though I'm about to go crazy..and if I'm driving, like I need to pull over (which I do if it gets really bad). Today is better than yesterday though. My question is if this sounds normal considering what I did to myself last weekend. I didn't think that doing that combo was bad until someone told me yesterday about that combo being particulary bad for a person's brain. Does anyone know why this happened? I'm scared that I did some serious damage...but I am naturally a worry-wort, so I would appreciate some advice. Thank you for any info anyone could give me

It makes for a headache to say the least! Got a little bit of neurotoxic potential kickin.. it sounds normal, and should pass, but if not then you might wanna go to a doctor to get some benzos ..

I think that you'll be fine in a few days. Earlier this year(not knowing that this was a bad thing to do) I mixed 60mg's of adderall with a speedy pill. I felt fine throughout the night, but the next day I seriously thought i was going crazy. My heart was pounding of my chest, and just overall I thought I was goin nuts. I couldn't sleep, eat, go to class, and by the next day I was convinced that i was going to have a heart attack. This parametic that my friend knows told me that if i didn't go to the ER i would have a heart attack!!! I totally flipped out at this point, and went to the ER. At the ER they hooked me up to a heart monitor and did a hell of a lot of blood work. All of my blood work turned out ok, and NOTHING was wrong with my heart. The ER staff was equally happy because, well, I drove all of the staff completely nuts. After a few days I was back to normal. i think I just needed to be reassured that I was going to be ok. Well, that's my story. Again, I honestly think that you'll be fine, but if you feel the need to go to the doctor then go. You may be like me and just need reassurance from a professional. Good luck!
