Opioids Messed up on pills

Yo BL, 2 days ago at around 7pm i took 30 mg of morphine, followed by around 40 mg of hydrocodone a few hours later. Yesterday, I took another 45 mg of hydrocodone, plus a Ritalin, and then smoked pot. Now I've been sick since around 4pm, and I have been having dry heaves for the past couple of hours. My question is how long does this usually last and is there anything I can do to make it easier?
 
If you have any anti emetics thats a good start. When i've been sick i've found it lasts anywhere from a few hours to a day or 2. Dry crackers helped me keep something down and lots of water to prevent dehydration. Besides that it's just waiting it out. Try and get some sleep.
