mescaline on marquise tests

Not sure if there is a certain place for this but... Does mescaline or any similar alkaloids show up on a marquise or any other test?

I'm pretty sure that when I got it tested at a testing point, Marquis was added and it turned a bright orange. Which was incorrectly identified as amphetamine. Later the compound was confirmed by lab (and by me ) to indeed be high quality mescaline.

but I think mescaline is not listed.
