I actually just came up with a theory why 4-MMC might have change post-ban. I'll start a new thread. This would probably belong to the advanced chemical discussion, but I lack the necessary standing on this forum.

I do wonder if it will be similar to the '90's 'rose tinted glasses' kind've view with their 'MDMA+speed' pills' vs 'the 2010's MDMeh that made many old ravers stop', kind've theory that went on here? (over a decade ago it feels?)

Methylone forever!! Mephedrone Never!!

I found methylone deeply unimpressive. Just didn’t get much beyond rather mild stimulation and euphoria.

Mephedrone I actually sampled quite a while before it hit the UK proper. New product I’d never heard of, cheap, worth a punt. Also bought a gram of 2C-I cos I actually knew a bit about it. And it was also very cheap.

Didn’t think much of the meph, but when combined with 2C-I it was utterly glorious. Incredibly euphoric and - bizarrely - the rougher edges of the strong stimulant effects of both components were totally smoothed over.

Once meph hit the mainstream I tried to appreciate it, but I just found it rather empty feeling. Not to mention the very apparent sudden and drastic drop in IQ points. Just made me feel like a blissed out and rushy imbecile.
