Hey, hope this is the right spot for this..

I have taken meph about 3 times in total. Twice by snorting, once oral. I of course felt the need to redose, but my sanity always prevailed and I never did go over the top, never taking more than a threshold amount.

Anyway, it's been probably about 6 months since I last took meph, but one thing has stayed with me - gurning. I take no other drugs, apart from cannabis (weekly) and alcohol (rarely).

Not constantly, but when I am idol I will find myself moving my mouth so my teeth scrape each other, in the exact way I would when on meph. Although I'm sober, it happens most frequently when I am listening to music, for which is a huge part of my life.

Not a problem, more just annoying. I don't necessarily want to 'fix' it, but just wondering if anyone had this happen to them, or if anyone has a possible reason for it staying with me. I assume this being purely psychological.

All the best,
D J S

I grind my teeth normally, and also in my sleep. Seems to have been a problem my whole life, but after using drugs that trigger jaw-clenching, I suppose I do notice myself clenching more so than I noticed in the past. Not necessarily because I'm actually grinding my teeth more, I simply notice it more.
