I am truly astonished that this Wikipedia editor is building pages with the ZINC or id of other supplier to build pages i.e. there are extremely obscure and things we have zero human data on and which nobody should have access to.

I feel if there is one crucial point - animal models measure very specific things and by virtue tell us very little about how a compound will act in man. So asserting that a compund is X-times as potent as fentanyl (odd ligand to chose for comparison BTW) isn't telling us even a fraction of the story.

Along with the MOR receptor most 'classic' opioids act on we know every example being pushed has DOP KOP and/or NOP affinity which also produce analgesia - but subjectively they are dreadful and indeed some are positively dangerous. Even NOP (née ORL1 ligands) were discovered by Janssen in the 1960s but not persued dispite their apparent potency.

The thing about Wikipedia is that ANYONE can set up pages and failing to state the limits of knowledge or worse suggesting that they likely will produce positive ASCs as at best badly considered, at worst looks like shilling for vendors.

So be my guest and use XTools and descide yourselves.
