This question may have been posed before but is there any way to improve memory while rolling?

I've rolled at many rave events, but have not ever been able to recall the entire night. This is very frustrating since having a great night is pointless if one can not remember what happened for most of it. For EDC I'm contemplating bringing a voice recorder so I can log the entire night haha.

I'm new, so please take it easy on me :). Nutrition advice is also welcome.

Take fewer drugs / more photos as a reminder. Ive forgotten countless parties / raves - the simple fact that I cant remember them is all I need to remind me that I had a brilliant night (AFAIK)

Lol ^ like he said either take less drugs but not have as much fun...or go all out, lol its edc but make it a point 2 take a lot of pictures...trip out the next day on how fukkd up you look in the pix...and how many ppl u took pix with. I always have a camera just because i can only remember about 40% at best after a night at a rave lol...happy rollin

Seriously, by close on Saturday last year I felt like the whole night had gone by in about thirty minutes. But looking back at all my pictures I realized I had an epic time!

Thanks! Taking lots of pictures sounds like a great idea. It would definitely create a nice timeline. Maybe I'll make an effort of taking a picture with each person I give a lightshow to. EDC in three weeks!! @.@ <------ (Mind blown)

i remember 90% of the night when i roll, and it's only during the time that i'm peaking super hard that i forget what happened. however, if you're taking a high dose, that time period may be a lot longer.

my problem is that i can never remember the order in which anything happened, which bothers me for unknown reasons. usually some of my friends and/or i take some pictures throughout the night though which helps jog my memory of what happened in what order.

When I'm rolling at home, it helps to create a playlist on itunes or to play songs from that program throughout the night. Then, the following day, I can just hit "Last Played" and see what songs I was listening to at certain points of the night (time included). Sometimes it's surprising to see which songs I forgot I had listened to when I was peaking super hard.

But I have the same problem as you. My least favorite aspect of ecstasy is my memory of it. I'll usually remember all the best "significant" moments the next day, but most of the smaller details are lost. Pretty much all the conversations are lost. I keep a list of funny ideas on my phone while rolling, which is awesome to look back on, but I wish I could remember more. I know I should probably take a smaller dose and roll less hard, but for me the feeling of rolling hard and being floored on MDMA is a lot to sacrifice.

I have a hard time remembering my first roll. I remember the start of the night. There were a bunch of people at the house, doing salvia and shrooms. My friend took a cap to go along with his shrooms, then he and everyone else left and me and my girlfriend hung out and rolled. I remember like two other short parts of that night until my friend who hippyflipped came back like 7 hours later from an epic journey which involved smoking lots of weed, drinking, and riding in a limo. That's pretty much all I remember. The speed that was in the caps probably didn't help matters. Molly doesn't always mean pure.
