[MEGA] What is your goal for today?

Stretch my back out, do paperwork for my business and take a few moments to enjoy the lovely day thats brewing outside.
 
As it's 8:12 pm my day is almost over.

I unloaded a UHaul this morning then graduated from outpatient treatment.

My goal for the NIGHT is to continue unpacking and organizing my house.
 
Dusting off this bad boy.

Goal for the next few days. Starting tomorrow morning!:
Get all of my stuff in order. House stuff, dog stuff, stuff for my trip up north. I am awful at ahead planning (even if it be just 2 days in advance). I'm a procrastinator to the max.
 
My goal for this week is to get back home (from vacation).
Contact my new job prospect (training dogs)
Get the work scheduled to fix our leaking roof. (before hurricane season!)
 
Goal for the week: Finish painting the deck and all the yard work. Clean the house and try to make some cash.
Goal for today: Eat three good meals, help out my parents, work on a few projects I've been meaning to get to, stay cool. >)
 
Goal for tomorrow: Cut smoking habit by 1/2, I smoke a pack a day going to try to cut that to half a pack by shorting out the cigs. I've been smoking less and less over the last couple of weeks so I think it's time to cut back some more.

Eventually plan to switching to rolling my own with locally sourced tobacco then quitting all together.
 
-Get out of bed at a reasonable hour no matter how tired I feel
-Take a nice long shower
-Do the dishes
-Do some vacuuming
-Try and keep my anxiety levels in check over money and upcoming inspection

Btw I'm new here and posted on the Introduce Yourself thread when I was having a major anxiety attack the other day.If any of you could pop over and say hi I'd really appreciate it <3

My goal for today is to clean out my cupboards and my fridge. Finding spots for new groceries last night was pure hell and I'm pretty sure there's some hidden treasures in those places.
 
Go to sleep without any alcohol
Taper benzo use by .125mg (the start of my taper)
Finish all my university reading and try to enjoy it

Woah man great goals!! If I may suggest, you should try taking melatonin, its a natural sleep aid you can buy OTC and it helps me with the sleep problems I get on my tolerance breaks :)

Oh man summer reading. My boyfriend has gotten into books lately and I haven't even started one. That's definitely a good goal. I think I'm gonna steal that one. So my goal for the next month is to begin reading a book. Todays goal however is to do some house work: clean the pool, vacuum the house.
 
Thanks spork <3 I totally hear you on cleaning the fridge and cupboards out for groceries.I have practically no storage space in my kitchen cupboards,so after a big shop I often end up having to leave non refridgerated stuff out on the bench :-/

Btw,accomplished all of my goals today and am doing more :-D I've been exhausted and lethargic for months on my meds,but bought a recommended pre workout supplement today for an energy hit,and feel fantastic from it.I'm happier right now than I've been in ages :)
