[MEGA] Weed vs Hash

I enjoy the actual event of smoking Weed more than I do of Hash, simply because it tastes better, and it's easy in a group to pass around.

But the hash high blows the weed high away to me! It definitely makes things more intense, I get STUCK... and sometimes things get psychedelic in nature. Like actually trippy on Hash, where Weed rarely does that to me. I really like hash, especially making it. I think Weed is a more social thing though.

definitely. hash is a good treat, but smoking bud is just so much more fun and satisfying. comforting.

i don't smoke for the high for the most part though. i just love to smoke pot.
 
Hash Or Flowers?

With Hash you are going to get that 'couchlock' high.

I still like that speedy, racy, trippy high from quality sativas.

Hash is, imo, for the end of the day. If it's not cured right it can loose potency and become more of a "cloudy" high.

You smoke hash all day long and after lunch its siesta time.

The majority of commercial hash is made from Indicas.

Most if not all "bubblehash" or domestic hash is made from all the different strains and hybrids now available.

"Hash Strains" tend to have low bud wieghts, but the whole entire plant is covered in sticky trichomes, glands, even the fan leaves and stalks/stems. They are usually used for hybridizing with to improve an existing high yeild strain. The trim from the buds are very smokable, as is. So generaly, when commercial hash is made from a hash strain the whole entire plant is used when extracting the glands.

I would have to go with quality buds of an Uber-hybrid over hash. If I had to make that awful choice of one or the other...

I've had hash (numerous times) that gave me an "uppy" instead of a "couchlock" high. I have more "couchlock" with weed, not that much with hash.

I def prefer weed, dunno.. you could always make hash from weed, but not weed from hash.. :)
 
ok.. there is a strain which is commonly used to produce hash, this is called a hash plant funnily enough, it produces much more resin in the buds and mainly indica, that may be a indication to the popularity of couch lock highs you notice, also i believe indica dominant strain are much more resinos(SP) and there for an indoor producer can produce couch-lock hash in decent amounts.. although i find the couch lock to be a fare bit different than that of the usal weed you get.

but there is still alot of sativa dominant strains from which hash is made, and these gives a more up high - i prefer this during the day as it keeps me sort of alert and them prefer a indica in the evening although its extremely rare for me to find those 2 strains at the same time, and if i did id some alot more :D

i hope this clears up a few things

also i prefer hash, the taste, smell, smoke, high everything about it, i dont get as cloudy minded on it and when the effects where off i dont feel grumpy as i do with weed.
 
Although im a big fan of marijuana, I have to agree with the majority on this one and go with hash.

It gives a more profound stone, and seems to be a little more enjoyable as well.

But they are both the same in my books :)
 
I started off smoking cannabis on some really great hash and slowly moved onto weed - I love the smell and taste of hash so much more than weed and the high is more my kind of thing, I'm not into the racing thoughts which is what I get if I smoke weed... However i'm growing to like it :)
 
I tried hashish for the first time today. As far as weed is concerned, i'm a lightish smoker. I only smoke 2-3 times a week, and sometimes go without for weeks if I have some large job to do.

The hash I tried today was called Polend (not sure about the spelling) The high from it is defiantly different from your average herb high. Its much more head rush like and you are more alert. The uppy and skippy feeling is also very strong.

Because the hash was smoked in a spliff, mixed with tobacco, it was a very smooth smoke compared to smoking a regular joint. Much softer.


Thought i'd also add that for a first time hash smoker, it kinda made me look pretty fucked. I didn't enjoy being out in public because I thought that everybody was talking about and looking at me. Stupid paranoid weed thoughts :D

Im from BC, i prefer smoking hash more than weed...but for me bud is way easier to get than hash so i usually smoke bud instead of hash
 
Grass Vs. Hash

I dont know about other people, but I personally can't stand weed, whenever I smoke it, I just feel like a vegetable. But hash really opens me up and makes me feel good(the way most people feel on weed). I used to smoke weed, A LOT, but it never really made me happy or anything, but once I was introduced to Hash, it was a totally different thing. But some of my friend are the exact opposite, they cant stand weed and prefer hash. How about other people? Do you prefer hashish or weed, and for what reasons?
 
I only smoke hash. Weed is more expensive and doesnt last as long, i can get it i just dont. I will be getting some in the summer when i've got more money!
 
i only smoke weed because its all i can find. i've had hash once and it was very bad hash so i prefered my dank buds but i would love to try good hash.
 
Never had hash. Well not real hash. My friend says he likes to make it out of nicks, but I thought you needed a lot? I don't know. I'm not sure if I'm even interested in trying it or not.
