[MEGA] Vaporizers Thread

Yeah I find u can use about 60% of what you would put in a joint.

I have Buddha...and at first I was twisting the knob right around to about the '2 o clock' position, although it seems to have altered somehow as now I only have to put it to the 10 o clock position or else I am burning the herb and breathing out smoke...

Anyone else have similar issues with a buddha?

Did the knob ever come off at some point? If not I'd contact the manufacturer, if I remember right these are supposed to have a really good warranty.

I have a da buddha and I usually start my session at around the 1 o'clock position and end at 3-3:30. Mine gets really dark but has yet to combust. My Buddha with bong is my favorite setup but I still prefer the effects of smoke over vapor.

@CSSSS This is my favorite style of vaporizer, the hands free Vapor Brothers. Vapor Brothers makes two kinds, hands free where you can keep the whip on the coil, and non hands free that it'll burn if you keep it on the coil. Both have pros and cons. The pro with the standard model, is the whip doesn't fit tight on the coil, so you can angle it and get its maximum efficiency by vaporizing the edges. The pro of the hands free model is you can pack your whip and set it and forget it. Hit as you need. When you first get the product you turn on the vaporizer at the 12o'clock position for 10 mins then the coil is warm and its ready to hit. As you use the product the coil conditions and your 12o'clock setting will slowly be cut back as you fine tune it . Its also nice to only vaporize for a month, then go back to smoking because it feels brand new again.

during a local head shop 420 sale. It pays for itself, its very efficient! Its also looks like a space alien pencil sharpener.

please don't post links to sources..or prices. Take a minute to read the forum guidelines..

question: does the MFLB work well when in a cold environment? I gotta blaze outside, and dont wanna drop the cash on a vape that wont work well outside when it is -20C

the mflb works fine in cold.
i have one and live in scotland. you dont know cold til you've lived here.

just keep it warm, like in your pocket, til you're ready to use it, and it should be fine. they are very neat wee machines and well worth the modest price of under (no prices)
also if it breaks you send it back and they replace it.

wahey!

are you high? it is -20 CELSIUS in northish Canada now, and the sun is shining out.
I just looked up the weather records for northern scotland and it does not get as cold as it is here.

I want to know if it will work in extreme cold.

Got my top-of-the-line vape not so long ago and with some quality weed it's absolutely amazing.

So simple to use. So easy to set it up and understand it. No hassle. Lasts for a while. Temperature can be precisely varied. And the highs are like no other!!!

No smoke and coughing. No joint sharing and HPV :p. No awkward smell in places there shouldn't be.

Just like breathing pure awesomeness. :)

Just noticed this thread. Have had my da buddah vape for at least a year now. I LOVE IT. worth every single penny, no doubt. It brings out the true flavor of the bud and is so much easier on the lungs. Attach it to a nice bong with some ice and I cant feel a thing, just inhale till my lungs are full. The high also feels much much cleaner and lighter then smoking and really brings out things in the high that would otherwise be masked from the heavy stoned feel of smoking (dont get me wrong i love smoking).

i like the blue light on the V Tower,
its sooo bright.

Lol i turned light off in room, did loads of k and vaped and the bluelight paired with the monitor standby light and the speakers light,
my room started to turn into what appeared was a space like journey through the universe
hahaha it was awesome ..

didnt wanna start a new thread :P

Anyone here find that the vape high tends too be less relaxing and instead more anxious/trippy????
Read on...

I recently spent a lot of money on a good one. With this and even other vapes i experience these anxious effects .
At first the feelings were okay and actually awesome . i loved vape at first . I got that energizing, clear, no burnout high that everyone talks about ...
Then a few days went by and the desirable vape high turned into the trippy/anxious one and its stayed like this up till this day (its been 2 months since i bought it)

Now its not thaaat bad . i can bear it and its not overwhelming probably because i have a fairly large tolerance as i have been smoking for 5 years daily (with occasional breaks for tolerance and what not). But the feelings, its simply a buzz kill and makes me crave smoking a bowl in my stingy pipe which is what made me get a vape in the first place haha. But i cant smoke in my house which we Canadians are stuck in this time of year lol.

^ Yeah i get that sometimes,
Usually when ive vaped a bit too much.

Ive found if i put what id put in a joint,
its too much for me (.1g btw)
But im very low tolerance weed user, im literally vaping 80mg a day and i dont think my tolerance is going up Lol.

That made me lay on the bed monging out to music for an hour or 2 yesterday. . . .was good though :P

had my Volcano since mid 2007. I bought it second hand off of an e-auction site, emailed the seller direct since he was local, and we met up. Guy said he only used it a few times, looked near new and the price was right. The damn thing works exactly as well as it did when I got it, which is perfect. I have taken it with me on trips to music festivals, had it signed by the pot comic Doug Benson, its fallen off a table a time or two, been all over the country with it. I have even used an adapter and plugged it in the car (not while moving... yet lol). Its been used and abused and 4 years later, still makes the best tasting vapor.

Yes but only if I intentionally vape way too much when I have a low tolerance. It's sort of like when I was into smoking herb and I'd either smoke way too much alone or I'd smoke with a friend who had a tolerance and he'd just get baked while I got extremely stoned.

I actually like the psychedelic effects of herb but it can take some time to figure out how much is too much.

Can't you go outside for a bit with your small pipe or one hitter? I used to do that all the time when I was a teenager and living at home no matter what the weather was.

Just bought a MFLB after seeing my friend's in person... that thing is really tiny, from all the pictures I saw it looked about 3-4 times bigger. Looking forward to being able to pocket it and blaze in the cinema

Vape losing power? Time for an upgrade...

I have a Da Buddha vaporizer, have had it for just over a year now, and i feel like it's losing its power in the sense that i need to have the dial turned almost to max now in order to get good hits, which is 2x the amount as using three months ago. Is this the wear down that is inevitably going to have me replace it? I searched but couldn't find another thread that discusses how long people owned their vapes before having to replace them and what problems had caused it. So BL have you ever had this, and what problems did you have that led to replacing yours?

I've had mine for several years now and it works just as well as when I first bought it. You should probably contact 7th floor. All of my correspondence w/ them has been positive.

Which model vape do you own of theirs, curious? I will contact them now if you think they'll help, it'd be awsome. I just figured whatever warranty they offered had probably expired, but now that i'm thinking about it i feel like they had a lifetime warranty.. hmm :D
Edit- 3years, you can buy the lifetime

I've a Vapir NO2 for almost 9 months now and as long as the screens are clean it hits like a dream. Usually it's set around 185-200 degrees. Most of the time it's at 200 or 195. The unit tops out at 205c so it's no Volcano, but it's wonderful.

A lot of people shit on "Crapir" but the NO2 has a 1 year warranty and mine has yet to fail. The only thing that's broken so far has been the power adapter, and that's easily fixed by splicing a new cord on (or buying another charger). The battery lasts for a good hour or so if you take it travelling but mostly it's a plug-in vape for me.

It's easy to clean and maintain and it's reliable as fuck. No glass to break, and once you've broken the unit in there's nothing but the smell of herb behind.
