don't forget to include what kind of dollars you are using. we can assume you mean your home country but a lot of people won't notice. I pay $300 an oz too but an aussie or canuck oz would only be about 220 for me

I only buy A or B buds, but thats all I really see. I don't know where to get schwag at all, but it is around.

im surprized alot of places are getting bud cheap!
here the bud is almost allways A quality, but it is pricey

here in egypt any quality from A to F is the same price 1 g is 10 egyptian pounds!!! but the prob is that here in egypt the A quality is brown and black and the C- to F is the green stuff!!!

I call Northern Lights A1, so I will say around here mostly we get A2-B3. And this is prices for hydroponically grown weed.
Never bought in above aounces, so I don't really have much experience with those prices, but I've heard of Pounds going for aropund AUS$2600-2900, which is US$1,900-2100
Ounce = 240-280 [US$175-205] - (Cheapest I've seen is AU$220/US$160, very good shit too)
Half Oz = AU$130-160 [US$95-115]
Quater = AU$70-85 [$US50-62]
Below that there are three types of common deal prices:
"Fifty" [AU$50 / US$35] = normally 3.5-4 grams.
"Foil/Stick/25er" [AU$25 / US$18 ] = normally gets you 2 grams
"Twenty" [ AU$20 / US$14] = Gets you about 1.5 grams.
If you ask for a tenner or a fiver you get shot.
The prices for outdoor cannabis (what we call Bush) is generally cheaper, but still depending on quality. There is some really, really good outdoor cannabis grown around Australia, and specially this area (being close to Nimbin and Byron Bay etc..).. The most potent bush I've smoked beat every other strain I've tried except Northern Lights.. But you can pick up an ounce for $AU180-220 [$US125-160], over-weighed quater for around AU$60-70 [US$45-50], AU$50 [US$35] gets you 4-6 grams.
AU$25/20 deals gets you 2-4 grams.. but sometimes only 2g to encourage you to buy bigger.

I think its safe to say that most people on this board are better connected than the rest of their community right? So someone just coming into your town would probalby have to pay a little bit higher perhaps.....

There are standardized prices (every coffeeshop has their own, but this usually makes no real difference. It varies a couple of euro's here and there, so 5 euro's = sometimes 6 or 7 and ofcourse the amount of weed goes up and down too), the coffeeshops usually sell baggies for 5, 10, 15 and sometimes 20+ euro's that are listed on the pricelist and often already are pre-packed.
You can ask for a certain amount and pay a certain price, but there are so many different sorts of weed and coffeeshops that it seems impossible to list every single gram and the price that goes with it, I'll just list the rough standards.
5 euro's - from A1 (~0.5 gr) to C1 (~2.5 gr)
10 euro's - from A1 (~1.6 gr) to C1 (~5.2 gr)
15 euro's - from A1 (~3.5 gr) to C1 (~7.5 gr)
20+ euro's - unlikely, but expect a large amount.
Pre-rolled joints are usually ~2.50. You can get pre-rolled hash joints, weed only and joints mixed with tobacco. Weed only and hash joints will cost a bit more (like 0.5 euro's more or something).
If you think I've made a huge mistake and/or think you can add something to this post, I'm more than happy to receive your PM and make some changes.
I'll shall go ahead and also name some of the prices my local dealer gives me..
