symptoms keep getting worse no one here can help me + don't fit what I thought it was, duration and symptoms only accelrating tells me that

a few mins ago i had a small fever 37.3c, now it's 39.7c and it feels like i'm on fire, obviously there was something else wrong with me from the beginning that I should have let them check out at the hospital

this has served it's purpose and I might be away for a while cause I feel like death

Get back to the hospital to be safe. The burning pain and pins and needles is a common sign of overdose or related serious situation. Go now. Left arm pains are possibly bad, especially along with signs of an OD.

And symptoms when your not high anymore, like the next day, which sounds suspiciously like 12 hours later, the duration of the drug, could be a severe panic attack.

I had these and thought i was dying, only knowing otherwize due to experience in this area.

While this could feel like heart problems i dont believe it causes pain, so get checked out asap. Also vasoconstriction and the pins and needles happens on the drug, not sure if the panic and anxiety can cause this via SNS on the comedown. So yeah get checked out.

I have risked a lot for the fear of implications of going to the hospital, but you have already been, just go back, no reason not to the second time around, besides the small effort.

Anyways, nobody will provide any info other then that advice. Dont waste the time.

In theory any NMDA receptor antagonist could slow down or stop any neurotoxicity that would result from an amphetamine overdose. This is because any NMDA receptor antagonist would stop ALL flow of Ca++ ions through the NMDA receptor.

Drugs that are NMDA receptor antagonists include - PCP, Ketamine, Dextromethorphan, Methadone, and many other drugs of that class.
