So can someone give me some info about what this means? does it mean higher quality weed now? is it easy to get medical marijuana?

plz i need info :D

Its easy if you have a perscripition...

It doesnt make shit available to the entire public.

We just recently pasted bill S119, its a great start for Jersey to go medicinal.

OP: I would recommend you read up on medicinal marijuana in the US, then you'll have a much better understanding of how this might affect you living in the Dirttyy.

it means nothing, other than for the few few people who have a friend (or personally have) with a prescription, besides, medical doesn't necessarily mean high quality, though it does mean that it sure won't be low quality

i think its retarded how people will still be arrested if theyre caught with weed if they dont have a license.

I think its retarded how people who don't live in California get raided by the DEA when they sign up for medical cannabis. At least in my state everyone who signed up to become a patient or grower was arrested. Be wary of medical cannabis programs, as participating is basically like ratting yourself out. California is the only exception because a significant portion of the population has their card (it is no longer practical for the DEA to raid anyone but the largest growers).

I think the best we can hope for is that states are allowed to choose (probably voter choice) the legality of medical marijuana without federal prosecution. I doubt it will be legal in non-medical cases or across the US in my lifetime...

I'm so glad my friend works at a dispensary and i have my medical mj card. gotta love cali.

This is great, but I prefer the decriminalization I'm enjoying now up in Massachusetts (I go to school up here in Boston but I'm from New Jersey) because I don't see myself qualifying for it lol but it's all good, any sort of progress in my home state is great :)
