Medical Marijuana in NJ?

hell, i never been to new jersey s i dont know it by the back of MY hand, but shit is they blazing up there alls they gotta do is give me a year so i can get off probation....oh boy im going all ova the globe to smoke what they got shit.

You also have Bush and Highest number off prisoner execution but atleas you close to mexico... mad drugs come thru

Very true.

Though, personally, I'd love to see most drugs legalized and the border completely shut down. That way the drug lords aren't running shit in Mexico anymore, the violence gets done away with, and everyone gets cleaner, better drugs.

Bush, thank God, is gone and at least now I can claim Ron Paul. =D

The executions are fucked up. Then again, the entire penal system is fucked up. Every state needs to start reforming that nonsense. Though it'll never happen because it's big business now. Too much money invested in locking people away from the rest of society instead of trying to fix them.

Im not in the US but i think its great that MMJ is becoming legal - like the article said - sick people shouldnt be made out to be criminals for using a drug that alleviates their pain. My only hope is that all states follow suit.

To be honest i think the world - not only of medicine but in general would be a better place if mj was legal.

i'm glad people who need help are getting it. I'm 19 and i hope they don't make it like alcohol before i'm 21. it's easier to get the way it is now. rofl. Jking. i'd give anything to see our government stop wasting money on stupid shit like pot.

worthless message: spiralout, isn't that a line from a tool song?

I'll just say its ridiculous that it takes this much work to get cannabis off of schedule I, when methamphetamine and things like adderall, and opioids way stronger and more addictive than H are schedule II...

lol i guess i should b a democrat christie n i think alike first thing my mind was how this is going to do great things for the under ground market.. lol i didn't vote for the ass tho..

I think mj shouldent be legalized but (tolerated) more or less accepted up to a certain point I mean if you really think about it almost everyone getting high!!! madness I couldent imagine it, some people get really dumb when they smoke the herbals, first time users get the munchies and take naps lol,but I definatly do believe in it being legalized for medicinal use everywhere that would be a dream come true =)

How are these states getting away with this from the feds? I know federal law surpasses state law and feds are real pricks about states trying to over pass fed laws and i would asume the feds would challenege this in a way right?

I love the morons who think this is bad for kids...believe me, if ur kids want weed they can get weed. It's easier to get pot than alcohol. I think it's a great way to help those who are suffering. This way they don't have to become addicted to opiates if they don't want to.

--Use prescribed, heavy duty opiates for pain?=Get fucked with by doctors who got the feds riding their asses. Deal with the possibility of gettin charged with drug dealing by stupid, ignorant-ass, arrest-happy drug task force cops becuz the amounts of pills you are prescribed are so high becuz of your tolerance and extreme pain levels, so that means you must be selling them! eventually, Have to deal with getting your number of pills cut down becuz your doctor is scared of gettin busted for providing legitimate treatment to somebody who actually needs it, so you got to suffer as a result.

--Move to heroin or illicit black market pills cuz your dr aint giving you enough?=get arrested, charged , get criminal record, get branded a drug using junkie, drug-seeker, etc. more pain and suffering physical and emotional, drug record makes it even harder to get the care and treatment you really need becuz it makes you look shady and people not believe that your issue is legit.

--Use illegal marijuana medicinally becuz it helps reduce the pain and reduce the amount of meds you need to take? = get arrested, more drug charges, treated like shit by the justice system, they dont take you seriously, deal with all the same shit that a person smokin weed for nothing but fun.

--Get medical marijuana? =Deal with retarded restrictions and regulations, forced to buy weed from gov't distributors who grow shitty middys, not be allowed to grow/possess as much as you actually need, go thru tons of bullshit and jump thru flaming hoops to get the prescription--that is if you even qualify, since if you aint got mutha fuckin cancer you prolly wont even get approved for it.

There really aint no way out of it for people who suffer from severe chronic pain....you fucked if you do, fucked if you dont, ther needs to be more options becuz every where you turn these days is a wall in front of you. its a terrible situation to be in, and people in power should be supporting every possible option instead of makin it harder. i would love to see a governor or senators daughter or son or wife or husband crippled by a horrible accident or medical problem like tumor, etc, causing them to need massive doses of super strong painkillers, become dependent on them, and get dicked around by pussy doctors scared to lose their license for defending their prescribed treatment for a legit pain patient, so they underprescribe....Maybe then they would be a lil more interested in doin somethin about makin MMJ more available for people other than ones who are already dying...

I'd drive down to NJ to get pot all the time if they had that medical! I probably wouldn't even have to though because I see so much medical marijuana from California being sold here still in the prescription bottles it came in that medical bud would blow up around CT and get a little bit cheaper and easier to find. Good news!

doctors are afraid to prescribe such high doses because 7 out of 10 people on high doses are really abusing the system and dont need that much. unless you are terminaly ill and dying i dont why someone would need 180 80mg oxycontins, 60 30mg mscontins, 120 10mg percs, and 10 fentanyls patches on top of that a month. then that person goes sees a shrink and gets 120 xanex and ambiens monthly. thats an example of the rediculous scripts a single non-terminally ill person is getting out there that i've witness first handedly. there are a lot of people like that out there. you never see it cause you gotta be in the right circles to hear about such patients, but believe me thats how it is on average. there are those people out there that do really need such treatment, but most who do recieve that treatment dont really need all that and just want to get high for free off their insurances. thenwhen they run out of stuff too soon in the month you see them coppin dope in the corner to get them by.
