also the way it was made could affect the high. I would assume medical heroin is made much better and much more thoroughly.

I'm pretty sure 30mg IV heroin would satisfy most people. You surely wouldn't need "a shitload" of them. 2 max.
Guess it depends on tolerance though :\
 
yeah that shit looks delicious...is it just me or does it make anyone else mad when they see pics like that online? kinda makes me want to punch an infant...seeing as how i live in alabama, and i currently cant get ANYTHING (not even a bag of weed) but $20 4mg dilaudids...funk dat

i mean youd need a shitload of the 5mg ones...anyways I aint sayin i get no 90% pure diesel or nothin like that but its pretty damn good. jersey and the surroundin area shit been known to test in the 70%s , and thats street samples of individual bags not like tests of the uncut key's. So sure 30mg is gonna be different than 30mg of street dope but when your bags are about 100mgs and you do 2-3 of them IV to get off then 30mg of pure aint really that big of a deal you feel me. jus to put a random number out there if your shits 50% pure and you do a 100mg bag thats 50mg of pure right there. even if its 30% then youre still gettin a 30mg ampule of medical grade worth of dope in your bag. and nobody does one bag to get off. you see where im goin with that? ppl who got real tolerances be doin way more so it actually aint that unbeliavable that the amp's wouldnt be the 8th wonder of the world to someone whose shootin a couple bun's a day.

I think the big difference is that in street dope you get morphine , acetylcodeine , 6-mono-acetyl-morphine in small maybe even insignificant quantities but together they combine to make that high we all love , id really like to try pure dope in order to compare


also 30 mg is quite a lot iv'ed , basically its half a bag (well like we get them here in the netherlands)
 
In UK (liverpool /manchester) pharm heroin sold as dryamps and they cost alot and aren't worth the extra IMO. There's a lot of pharm morphine about here and that's not worth it either. 30mg is a lot for an old person, but not for an 8 bag a day addict (just to stay on your feet).

I wasn't even tryin to say shit about the quality of h in your area or anything like that. thought you meant someone would need a bunch of those 30mg bottles...my bad.
I dont fuck with heroin anyway, but I'd rather have medical grade heroin of pure quality that I know was made properly than some shit I bought off the streets. Even if the street bag might have a little more h the peace of mind I'd personally have from the ampoules is priceless...but like I said maybe it's just me. :\
 
Gotta say, I hear where your coming from Delta.

Just something about injecting something that has never in it's life seen sterile conditions is a big put off.

I would definitely try IVing heroin if I had access to medical grade amps of it......

As a non-addict I'd be saying all the above stuff about sterilization & med-grade, but as an addict all you're after is the most bang for your buck and dryamps aren't it - unless it's all you've got or they're so cheap that you can't say no.

dryamps are so hellish costly just because they are dryamps, dryed by freezing the dope shot...

you know, heroin must be dry or it gets back to morphine pretty fast (if it's in water I mean).

I lucked out and found it at an antique place along with some other vintage medical supplies.

Once in a while you can find em online........ they usually sell anywhere from $20 up to a couple hundred depending on the condition it's in.
