OK i take Acupril for my blood pressure and i was wondering if its ok to take the day of drug use. i have been taking this for awhile and i dont take it on the days i do substances. And does blood pressure medicine lower your tolerence for Alcohol
 
I wouldn't combine your medication with opiates, benzos, barbituates, or qualudes. Because all of these drugs can cause hypotension on their own, combining them with a hypotensive drug like acupril is probably not wise -- as this could lead to respiratory depression or even cause your heart to stop.

Acupril seems to be safe in combination with psychedelics and stimulants.

As I couldn't find any info in the PDR about acupril and alcohol, I presume it is okay to drink IN MODERATION while taking acupril -- but I would definitely NOT drink heavily.
