If you were my friend, and I caught you looking in my parents medicine cabinet, I would probably cut your fingers off. Then you would score some really good Rx's.
ROFL!!! I think you are my new hero. Now, the question is, would you be mad at your friend for stealing from your parents, or for getting to the meds before you did?
As for stealing people's meds...the morality of it really does depend on how badly they need the meds. Obviously if you are stealing from someone you don't know then this could be bad....so I don't suggest this.
Also, Soviet, while I agree that some people save their painkillers they no longer need for potential future use, I also know plenty of people who just forget to throw their meds out after they stop needing them. At least it you take a bottle of prescription meds with an old date then you know they don't need them anymore, so at least you aren't going to really harm them by taking these meds...
The only meds I keep in my medicine cabinet are Effexor (a non-recreational AD), Prednisone (nonrecreational corticosteroid), and RU-486 (non recreational abortificant). I keep my ritalin, codeine, benzos, adderall, and dexedrine in my room.
