Benzos Measuring with propylene glycol .

Hi all, Hope this is the write place to post, here goes.

I am planning on making a 1MG/ML solution of Etizolam and propylene glycol, to create 100mgs worth, would I simply measure out 100 mls propylene glycol, 100 Mgs of Etizolam powder, add together , agitate the solution, and then leave to sit? Or am I missing any steps?
