A week a ago I was in a raving in Berlin for 13 hours straight, had a great night but right now worried if I caused some damage. I was feeling a bit tired and ill before going, but wanted to go anyway as I was in Berlin.

I took 0,5g of MDMA over the night, some speed, line of coke and ketamine. The amount was quite a lot for me, but felt great during the night. I was raving most of the time, so it was physically a lot too. I was feeling quite good even the next day when I was flying back home to UK. Back home I noticed that my blood pressure was extremely high and my chest felt uncomfortable. The next day I went to doctors just in case (without telling about my raving or drug use), my blood pressure was super high, I got a anxiety pills (propranolol), but did not want to take them as I feel like that's not the case here.

I calmed down and thought that there are still drugs in my system and it will go away eventually. But still a week a very high blood pressure and feeling ill (runny nose, coughing, tiredness). Is it normal to have a physical changes in the body/heart after that kind of night, will I recover naturally? I'm currently feeling quite anxious about it, as I had some heart problems (change in heart rate) during summer. I'm generally pretty healthy guy, skinny and 23 years old.

Is it normal having high blood pressure still after taking drugs? Will I be okay?

Are you sure that you did not have high blood pressure before ? I doubt the drugs gave you high blood pressure , and because of this you now have checked your blood pressure .

I got my blood pressure checked during summer, and I don't think they took any notes of it. For the past week I have noticed my blood pressure being higher than normal. I went to doctors as I noticed something weird about it. Also now I can feel it raising quite easily, when I do stuff.

propanolol is not an anxiety pill. it's a beta-blocker, so it's mainly for reducing blood pressure, reducing the risk of a heart attack, heart failure and similar conditions.
it is only sometimes used off-label to block some of the physical symptoms of anxiety (mainly shaking and rapid heartbeat).

what is "super high"? do you have a way to measure your blood pressure at home?

if you think that your high blood pressure is drug induced (which would be very unusual) then it should only be temporary and clear up in the short period of time needed to get the drug out of your system. in that case i don't think any medication would be necessary (given that your blood pressure is not dangerously high)

no you don't. just looking at how you feel is not an accurate indication of blood pressure at all. i've seen this many times and have experienced it myself. the only way to accurately determine your blood pressure is by measuring it.

On Wednesday when I first got it checked the systolic pressure was 179 and on Friday it was 157.

I don't have a way to measure it at home, might have to get one of the machines if this continues.

Your systolic is high but you can't feel your blood pressure . More than likely you are feeling stressed, anxiety , or adrenline .

Keep an eye on it for sure . I have lived off and on with high blood pressure for about a decade . Most blood pressure is easily controlled with medication . Don't stress on it because it is an extremely small chance that something serious will happen to you because of this .

Buy a machine and keep a record of your BP.
If your systolic remains consistently high, you should ask for medication. Usually doctors will start you off on diuretics. I'm quite surprised he gave you beta-blockers straight off.
Do you drink much alcohol?
if stress is causing this you might consider meditation as a way of lowering your BP.
