I really appreciate the help guys honestly . It's been rough and the most painful part is when your younger your just so stupid and then when you get older and wiser you think what the hell was I doing.
Sorry to hear your having such a long recovery.
Obesity will definitely have an impact on recovery (even mentally it can add to social anxiety) and key to giving yourself the best chance is to get the weight off.
Also re your cardio remember that it can work against you if you go beyond your capability. Could well be that at current you simply can't cope with the cardio intensity you think you can by the fact you are getting light headed. We all get light headed if we overdo it.
Build your cardio gradually and always monitor your heart rate so you can see when it is getting high or low and adjust accordingly. Look up your age weight etc and find the optimum for you. Sounds like a good speed walk is what suits at current. Stay with that and do it regularly (3 times a week minimum) until you find you can do more. If your heart monitoring your heart will tell you when and if your getting fitter. You will also get thinner quicker by staying in the right heart rate.
I lived most of my adult life as obese to then lose 30 kg In a year. the positive effect mentally and physically from weight loss will definitely help you along the way.
How did you feel when you lost that much weight ?

Amazing in every way. Not just from the self confidence it gives you. I noticed very quickly as the weight came off how much more alive you feel. Just walking down the street you see a difference in the way people view you (perhaps perceived only by yourself). Going out on down the beach is a pleasurable experience. Just being able to walk into a clothes shop and know you can finally buy what you want not what fits.
Honestly losing weight and exercise is the best thing you can do. I can also tell you that if you focus on it you won't think as much as you do about LTC. Having another focus and having something to achieve is your way to the fastest recovery.
Re heart and linkage to effects of LTC it is always difficult to scientifically link. I believe that it's actual more linked to an imbalance of liver and kidneys. Studies I've read already suggest that anxiety issues could well be linked to our organs producing an imbalance of the feel good chemicals. I'll try to search it for you and put a link.
I've recently been having really bad panic attacks due to various stuff and the doc has supplied me with ssri's (citaprham I think it's called) which are antidepressants.... I'm really determined to get rid of these brain zaps which are definatley getting better but will these tablets make them worse? I've heard they are linked with brain zaps after extended use ? thanks
1. Realization - The sooner you realize that all of this is psychological, the sooner you can heal yourself. The imbalance from the MDMA will have gone after two weeks - month
