So i took MDMA 2 grams and also 2 ectasy pills for my first time at a festival 3 weeks ago. It was my first time i had ever done the drug and i know i done much more than i should have for a first time. 3 weeks on i still get dizzy 24/7 and have constant blurred vision, with also tingles down my spine. I have drunk alchohol a lot in the first 2 weeks which i dont think helped. I'm no where near better and everyone i speak says that affects do mot last this long. Im worried ive done some permanent damage and maybe even brain damage,

Please help!! :(

I don't know about the effects of MDMA.

Do you have diabetes in your family? Some times some drugs can cause pre-diabetes effects and cause high blood sugar. My blood sugar didn't have to be that high to get crazy blurred vision.

But a Dr is the best choice as they can run tests even if you don't want to tell them what you think caused it. But if it doesn't go away you definitely eventually need to tell them though I bet with time it gets better.

No one will be able to diagnose you online. If you are really worried go see a Dr.

Get checked. You took a hell of a lot of MDMA (unclear if tested) and drank a lot since. Could be anything but no one can tell over the internet.

Hi rc11rw, sorry to hear you're unwell. First off, over what period did you take this quantity? And, was the MDMA tested? Can you be sure it was MDMA?

Ok, secondly, once you've read this, get off bluelight for 1 month. Carry on living your life normally, eat well, sleep well, don't do any drugs and keep alcohol to a minimum, dont go mad on caffeine (no energy drinks!), and try and exercise. You haven't caused any brain damage and it's unlikely that you've caused any permanent damage either. I'm pretty sure over the next month you'll be back to normal. If you still feel like this in 1 months time, come back to bluelight and drop me a message :)

Hope that helps,
Tain

The best option is to never do this drug ever again and keep yourself clean. Keep your body cold take a cold shower eat fruits like apples cantaloupe drink tea massage your body arms and legs but no the neck or shoulders b complex vitamin but ask a doctor on how much but always start low, play basketball if you can get a cervical pillow, read books take care and be safe.

Holy crap, 2 grams of MDMA it's a pretty large doses, especially for a first time. I think it's normal that you feeling of that way, your neurotransmitter of serotonine must be empty. Take food rich in tryptophan, chocolate, fruits like they said above and so much water.

There a nutritional supplement called 5-HTP, that is pretty good to increase the levels of serotonine. But anyway, these are only a few advices, I recommend you go to the Dr and talk with him about this and how you feel. And for the next time, don't take that heavy doses, it's too much even to experimented people I think.

Hey RC11RW,

I am having some similar effects.

How are you feeling now? Did the symptoms go away? If so, how long did it take and how did you cope with them?

Thanks,

H

Hi Tian

Thank you for your reply and everyone else for your replies, since the post i have got no better, i have a tingling sesation down my arms legs and spine also now and feel drained all the time. I have seen a doctor and nuerologist and they could find nothing, blood tests mri ect. I have been trying to eat and live healthy and exercise but i have seen no improvement, really down about the whole thing now, any ideas of which other specialist i could see?

Thank you

Hi guys thanks for your replies, i have seen a nuerologist since my last post and they could find nothin after mri scan and blood tests, still no improvement, anyone know what other kind of specialist i could see because o dont know who to go to anymore :(

Just try to remain calm. Depression --> more cortisol --> more fucked up symptoms. Trust me, MDMA fucked up my life also, but also physically (take a look at my thread).

The best advice i can give you is to eat healthy, exercise on a regular basis and try to read alot --> Positive effect on your hormones. Use this moment to change your life for the better. Nobody can you give a estimated recovery time. I've read studies that in heavy MDMA users cognitive impairment can remain up to 12 months, other recovered in 3 months time. Just try to relax as much as possible, srs. I hope for a quick recovery.

Thanks mate appreciate it.

Im trying to stay positive and exercise. Do you think there is any medical specialists i can see to help me? Also, how long did it take for you to finally recover physically and mentally?
