I read from a journal that the theraputic dose of MDMA is 100-150mg.
I also read from "Tihkal" that MDMA toxicity studies have been done in dosages 10 times the theraputic dose. ie 1000-1500mg dose.
It has also been shown that SOME animals have neurotixic response to MDMA, some do not in single doses of 1000-1500mg
However, prolonged ie, daily exposure of a week or so, of constant injection of MDMA caused the neurotoxicity in the monkeys we so often hear about. I am unaware of dosages, but I suspect they were high.
Anyone else have some more information on this?
