MDMA effects on the kindeys

Now this isn't about why you can't piss on mdma since there's tons of threads about that. I'm interested in how bad the water staying in your system for so long is for the kidneys. For me I get to piss about 3-5 hours after my last dose. Personally I always drink a good amount of water, I like to stay hydrated. I've had nights where I estimate I could have drank around 10 or 12 water bottles then think fuck it's probably not a good thing I haven't pissed yet. I'm just wondering where all this water goes and how damaging this is to the kidneys in the process. I don't know what you could compare it to, maybe a night out drinking a fair amount of hard liquor.

i think your kidneys will be able to manage a few hours without urinating. anyway, you should be able to piss fine while high.

Just make sure you see your primary doctor every 3-6 month to check liver and kidneys etc.
