Recently I met up with a friend who found a chemist grad student who supposedly makes MDMA. Being only one person removed from the chemist himself I figured I was in a great position to get some high quality stuff.
I went the other day to pick some up, and asked my buddy some questions about the stuff he bought just out of curiosity. He explained to me that he received about an ounce of the pure MDMA and it came in a giant solid rock, about the size of a big marble maybe a little bigger.
Now I didn't think anything of this at the time, but I was under the impression that it is very difficult to make organic molecules form giant crystalline structures.
I only ask about this because I bought about a gram, measured out 100mg for 10 doses (I used a milligram scale so there is no doubt about the dosage) and a few of us did 100mg each. This is the first time any of us had tried "molly" and I have to say it felt very weird and was not what I was expecting of pure MDMA.
Some aspects of it felt the same as pills, jaw clenching, eye wiggles, dialated pupils, but I was missing that huge wave of euphoria that I generally have come to expect from MDMA. One of my friends claimed he didnt feel it at all. For me it was very wavy, I felt it sometimes and other times I felt sober then it would come back strong. Most of us ended up taking more than 100mg, up to 150mg+ for some of us which according to erowid is a very "stong" dose.
So I was wonder if what we got was even MDMA at all? Can it possibly come in a giant crystalline rock? The gram I got was mostly in a slightly yellow crushed up powder with some smaller crystalline shards in it.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

... I don't recommend this for parties though, strictly for home use. My advice would be to try at least 175 mg's in a safe setting and see how that goes. 170 mg's mixed with 5 ml (2 grams) of ghb in a test tube was quite a succes here in Holland..
