MDMA CRACK COUGH! Worried please help

So I?ve been smoking crack since Thursday but prior I had 6 months clean: in the past 4 days I have smoked and shot MDMA as well as crack. Since I smoked the Molly it had a paint thinner taste and left a cold feeling in my throat. Since then I can?t take a deep breath without having a horrible dry cough! Please tell me when to do to ease this and what the best next move is ( besides OBVIOUSLY DONT SMOKE ANY MORE DRUGS LOL I got that ) but anything that will help it if anyone knows why please help

Hahahha yea but I?m an iv drug user so I prefer shooting it amok My it was awful but yea it works

Not sure about the cough but if u really want to get rid of it I wouldn't smoke anything until it's gone.
