Oral BA is variable based on dose. Bigger doses are better absorbed.
Given that a "good oral dose" is considered to be about 120mg, and comparable injected doses anecdotally are about 25-50mg, that means it's probably something like...
oral: 30-60%
nasal/rectal: 60-80%farmacista

Lots of drugs have higher BA via non-oral routes, because orally administerred medications have to be processed by your liver before they make it into your blood, resulting in a loss of drug.
Anecdotally, most people who do nasal/rectal MDMA report they have to use less than they'd use if they did it orally.
