MDMA and Warfarin. Dangers?

Hi I was wondering about the possible dangers if taking MDMA whilst on the anti coagulant warfarin. The warfarin was prescribed as a result of accesses causing blood clots and not as a result of DVT. The blood in question is not at risk of clotting as the clots were caused from external factors (abscesses). The abscesses are no longer present so further clotting is not a risk. So the questions are really just; does warfarin interact with MDMA in some way? and will MDMA worsen the clots already present (clot movement from increased BP) is this even an issue anyway?)? http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemierre's_syndrome
This is a link to what caused the blood clots, the person in question only now has blood clots left as a result of suffering from the syndrome so none of the other symptoms are present.
