MDMA and vein damage

After using MDMA I have noticed that the veins on my body have increased in prominence. Particularly in the palms of my hands where they are really visible. I have also noticed a sudden increase in spider veins (small broken vessels) on my face (nose, cheeks, eyelids) and my arms. I also now have a rather prominent bulging vein on my penis along with what looks like a road map of spider veins. There are also a number of veins on my testicular sack which I am confident were not there before. I was unable to get a firm erection for 3 months (due to MDMA abuse) but while this is no longer a problem the number of veins in this area have significantly increased. I have searched the Internet and not found any reports of similar symptoms. Has anyone else experienced this as a result of MDMA and did it go away?

I think you have lost some weight, which makes veins more visible or your blood pressure is not alright because of MDMA abusing. could also be something else but I think a doctor should see it if you are really worried about it.
