Now I'm not saying mdma drains your spinal fluid or anything like that but when I'm on it and the day after I can tell it does something to your spine. Not just mdma but all psychedelics actually. I haven't taken many psychedelics but recently have done shrooms a few times and was surprised by the intensity of the comeup. However each day I wokeup with an extremely sore back, this happens after nights I rolled as well. No clue what they do but I'm sure they effect the back , spine in some way. I wonder if it's some damage that's being done to the central nervous system but i have no clue, anyone?

When you roll/trip, do you get a lot of physical exercise? Do you stretch before or after?

I workout 6 days a week for a good 2 or 3 hours, so I stretch then. I either am raving or at the club when I'm rolling or on some shit, however I don't get the pain really when i drink. Or if I do it doesn't compare to the psychedelics.

I notice a varying soreness throughout my body after indulging in amphetamines. This is just a guess, but stimulants cause your muscles to tense up for a relatively long period of time right? Something your muscles aren't used to, causing soreness.

I would go with this answer.

If the pain is located in your lower back(accompanied with other kidney failure/infection symptoms), or radiates from your chest, back to your left shoulder I would consider seeking medical attention.

As for spinal fluid? Seems like quite a far fetched thing to speculate IMO. Spinal pain could be wear and tear on the discs or a herniated disc. I do not commonly hear a lot about spinal fluid issues.

Yeah just cause there is so many people who think it drains your spinal fluid it kinda annoys me. I have pain in my back around my left shoulder/neck but that's because I screwed up some nerves doing hard labour work. Not sure if I have kidney problems but I have had lower back pain.
