Mdma and lyrica a few hours after tramadol

Hi, this morning (9am to 11am) I took 300mg of tramadol ... I was planning to take a small dose of mdma (100mg) with 300mg of lyrica at 11pm, I read that they had a good synergy together, my question would be if tramadol can cause problems with mdma - even if you don't feel tramadol and have taken pregabalin with it? opinions are appreciated.

Yeah definitely do not do that. Tramadol is also going to lower seizure threshold. Bad idea all around

Is it safer to wait about 24 hours then?

6 hour half life and a large dose would put it at 36 hours for elimination. I’d go with 48 hours to be safe
