MDMA and drug testing

Hey guys, so my friend just recently got in a little bit of trouble. He got an mip for underage drinking. He has a court date in a few weeks and will be put on probation, meaning he will be tested monthly. However, 4 days after the court date, my friend wants to take MDMA. The source he is getting it from claims to be selling pure molly shards, although there could be a possibility its cut with another substance. I know that MDMA is only detectable for a few days, but what are the chances that the Molly is cut with another substance that is detectable in urine for much longer, causing him to fail a future drug test? He would probably be getting tested 3 weeks after taking the MDMA.

Also, I've heard probation officers just use a standard five panel drug test. If my friend were to get a home drug test and tested negative, would he be ok for the probation drug test?

Without a test kit, there is no way of knowing what is in "molly"- powders are quite easily contaminated or "watered down" with inert substances, the possibility of you consuming unknown chemicals that show up in a test is greatly enhanced if you don't use a reagent kit.

It seems like a bad idea- perhaps just save the rolling for another time when there isn't the issue of a drug test right ahead.
