MDMA and diuretic meds

Hi, new to the site and was hoping for some advice.
I've tried MDMA a few times and have had a great time. I wanted to try it again soon but I'm on a new drug, spironolactone 50mg a day. I'm using it off-label for acne but it is a potassium-sparing diuretic. I'm worried about contraindications. The possible side effects list is nasty enough and that's before adding MDMA into the mix. Does anyone know if it is safe or how I can find out? And if it's not safe, how long I would need to come off the spironolactone for it to leave my system?

You'll be absolutely fine. I was taking 200mg as part of my HRT regimine when I was rolling almost every month. Just hydrate with a sport drink if you're concerned about hyponatremia (but that's exceptionally rare and only a concern for active dancers who only hydrate with water).

Thank you for your advice. It's great to hear from someone who has used the same drug and had no issues. I don't plan to be particularly active so hopefully I should be ok. How much should I be drinking? This is the main thing I worry about with MDMA!
