MDMA and Diazepam Duration?

I have a few Valium here and was wondering how long before I can take these (in days) before it will affect my roll that I have planned on Saturday. I know that MDMA + Valium together will decrease the effects of the roll, but what about when taken separately? Normally I just don't bother for fear of ruining the effects but this time I wish to see, would 2-3 days be enough?
 
MDMA will normally last you 5 hours ( come up, peak, coime down)
If you pop a downer between these hours then the experience will be less - save your downer for when you come down or your upper when you come up.

If you take both at once your simply wasting both drugs (unless you like the feeling of being fucked but going nowhere)!

I understand that when consumed at the same time the valium will hinder the MDMAs effects. But I mean for when diazepam has been consumed a few days prior, I was wondering how long after taking diazepam must you wait before you can get the full effects from MDMA again?
 
Think I'm going to take 5mg valium about an hour before dropping next time I take MDMA. Just to ease the 'coming up' nerves which I tend to get.

I don't think this amount of valium an hour before should hinder the effects of the MDMA.
 
So as little as an hour before wont hinder the MDMA roll? I'll take it then if I took a good few the day before I'd be fine for rolling the next?
 
^ Yeah i don't think valium does much to affect the roll in terms of stopping it working.. it'll just be like your a bit benzo'd out at the same time.
 
I've taken benzos with pills for over 6 years now... no dimished effects in the roll, in fact, I almost think I roll harder when the two euphorias collide.
