Just curious if this is a unique phenomenon for me, or if this has happened for many people.

After reading the success of the MDMA PTSD study i was finally inspired to roll.

I had some major self confidence and anxiety problems, then boom, one night of rolling and chilling with my friends fixed it all. I can talk to anybody, I love myself, I love others, I do well by people yet my judgment isn't a cloudy "I love everybody outlook," I can still avoid the people that would just steal my stuff.

My usage of MDMA was medicinal in nature, and molly treated me well as a result.

The best way to put it is that my anima was throwing a fit, seeing me go downhill ignoring her warnings, then I rolled, talked to her, and balanced things out.

The female and male self become balanced on ecstasy, at least when done in an intelligent manner. This has gives me untold charisma with the ladies. By the way, getting in touch with your anima is totally different then being feminized, the two are unrelated yet sometimes get confused by those without a psychology background.

Best wishes to all.

by anima u mean ur true inner self? The inner champion that we all truely are. Yes mdma definitly put me on to that side of me.

I have kind of had the same experience, and was trying to use the drug in the same way as you did.

I still get butterflies on occasion but I am certainly a much happier person with a more positive attitude and more out-going etc.

Was only 2 weeks ago I rolled tho, so hope the feeling sticks around! Did get cravings for more, but decided against going down that route, thanks to some sound advise.

Welcome to the world of MDMA. It's fucking awesome isn't it? :)

A quick word of warning:
While it is possible to solve your "personal issues" with help of MDMA, I think to some degree you need to have a friendly therapist/good friend nearby to get the most out of MDMA healing effects. While it might have worked for you, I wouldn't recommend self medicating with MDMA to deal with anxiety issues.

I can relate most definitely. I have also struggled with self confidence issues throughout my life. Growing older has helped me overcome this to a degree but I found that with a few sessions of MDMA with my wife has really helped me dissolve this flawed mindset.

It is important to not look at the experience of rolling like, "hey, that was fantastic, I want to roll to get that feeling back soon!" In contrast, reflect on your experience, recognize the differences in how you felt vs everyday life and use that realization to make positive changes in your sober reality. If you can do this, you can make real changes that are long lasting and are brought from within. When you notice even small changes, be proud!

Great post.

I found the same thing to be true (though my initial reason for trying MDMA was simply to have a good time). MDMA has given me the (sober) clarity to prioritize my family a lot more, and helped me get out of a destructive multi-year relationship.

As mesial said, it's important to take as much value and knowledge from your MDMA experiences as possible and carry them with you into your ever day life- because as we see from many others posts, abusing MDMA has many people feeling quite the opposite of confident, happy, and anxiety free.

PLUR :)

THHHIIIISSSS so much this. I wish I had discontinued use at the second experience, I was prime after my second time. Socially I am a wreck on MDMA. I have a very atypical reaction to ecstasy nowadays which I attribute to having used it at such a young age. Those first experiences are AMAZING but it does not last.... I have tried chasing the intensity of that first experience and it is not worth it.
