MDMA after Tramadol

Hello,

I have taken Tramadol past last 6wk after my surgery 100-300mg/day. Today I took under 100mg around 12am, and thinking of taking MDMA (150mg) these evening 9PM. Is it safe? Looking for fast reply. Thank You.

I would wait 24 hours personally just to be safe, Tramadol has a decently long half-life and serotonin syndrome is nothing to play around with. You may very well be fine, but I just wouldn't risk it if it was me.
