Opioids max ibuprofen non cwe

Hi guys, I've some n+ which is 12.8mg codeine and 200mg ibuprofen. I'm unable to do a cwe today but it's my birthday so I'd like a little tipple. My question is what's the max ibuprofen I can safely down in one go? More specifically is it reasonable to take 2000mg at once? That will yield 128mg codeine which sounds decent enough, I'm reasonably but not totally opiate native-haven't had any in a few months.thanks heaps

I used to take 600mg ibuprofen about 4 times a day... but I don't know if that is safe? I've read you shouldn't exceed over 3200mg in one day.

Depends on how often you do it, if its just this once then you'll probably be fine. Expect some discomfort or nausea though, that's a lot of ibuprofen. If you can get hold of any omeprazole take 20mg before dropping the N+, that should lend your GI tract a Bit of protection.

I would treat it the same as acetaminophin, as negative results (over 3 grams daily) are starting to be realized.

Just letting you guys know how things went.took the 2000mg caused a fair bit of stomach discomfort which is still present the filtering day. Worst part is didn't even get a buzz haha.guess I'll have to stick to cwe so the codeine can be higher.

Wow can not believe you took it..... Your lucky you did not puke blood speaking of that is your Fecal Matter like blackish looking because that could be blood and if sooo get to a Dr. Asap and yeah I would never take more than 1000mg of Motrin at once 1600mg might not kill you but 2000 or more is definitely gonna cause some trouble.

Not necessarily, some people get away with extreme doses like that daily without any serious issues at all. I've read stories of nurofen+ addicts that are completely oblivious to what CWE is that are taking 30 or more pills every day for a long time without major complications. All nsaids are hard on your gi tract and 'can' cause bleeds, ulcers, even kidney damage. But i think it's really unlikely that a one off 2g dose of ibuprofen will produce anything worse than a Bit of excess acid, or a Bit of discomfort. I would rather take 2g of ibu than 2g of acetaminophen any day.
But...... If you're gonna do this again please extract the codeine dude, its the only sure safe route and you're then also free to up your codeine dose as much as you feel fit without worrying what its doing to your insides.
