I cannot seem to find a medicine any more that will take away the pain and also give me a slight euphoria. I am currently on 75mcg Fentanyl, 240 mg Roxycodone and 3600 mg Gabapentin. But, it seems instead of 60mg of Roxycodone, I have to take between 90-120mg AT A TIME to feel anything ! I have been on 100mg of Morphine twice daily of extended release, 16 mg of dilaudid four times daily, 70 mg of methadone twice daily, 140 mg hydrocodone in one dose, etc...... WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY BODY? What can I take to get relief and euphoria? Yes euphoria, because to me, you are not pain free until you feel a little euphoria. 8(
