Max amount of DMT-vapor in light-bulb

Hi

So I tried to smoke DMT from a light-bulb, a couple of days ago. But it seemed very hard to get enough vapor to build up in the bulb. It was like, a certain amount of vapor could not be surpassed, in the bulb.

Should I get a bigger light-bulb? Would it help?
Or is it not the small size of the bulb there is to blame, but instead the tek.?
 
I've had the same problem in the past, no idea how to solve it though.

I would just convert to using it sandwiched bewteen your herb of choice in a bong as it works much better.

Or even better make some changa by infusing it with some caapi leaves mmm<3
 
If only I owned a bong :o

Thought of changa too. But while this is my first time to do DMT, I would like to do it "pure" :)
 
Sure, but it's a bit pricey.

The light-bulb has now been attached to a plastic-bottle, to give more space for the vapor.
I shall report back, after trying.
 
Well light-bulb method dont seem very effective!

(when i 1st started smoking dmt i was going to use the light bulb method but got told it was'nt right for breaking through)

I first started with a bong using the samwhich method (baccy then dmt then weed) which was ok but i never broke thruogh properly

Ibeleive this was because the dmt was being filtered throw the water thus decreasing the overall amount of dmt in the smoke( thruogh i could be wrong?)

Now I use a chillum with wire mesh on the top ofit, I can break through quite easily with this

But the ultimate must have tool to smoke dmt is the Glass Vapour Genie (GVG) have heard of people breaking thruogh on 20mg easily with the GVG and the smoke is soo cool and soothing (not harsh in any way)

The only draw back is the price $99

the problem with a light bulb is not the size of it, but the thickness of it.

In order to get a lot of the dmt vaped its best to use a torch lighter , it gives you better control over the heat and heats up much quicker.

But a lightbulb is too thin to use a torch with. It WILL break, you definitely dont want that to happen while you are inhaling its contents, and feeling the DMT lol.

you dont need to let the bulb fill up and then breath in the smoke.

you will let it start to vaporize, then inhale the smoke, while continuing to apply heat.

the pipe i use for my dmt has much less volume than a light bulb and it works fine.

Its definitely your technique, not the bulb. Practice makes perfect. If you are having the same problem i did at first then here is an easy solution....

dont worry so much about burning the DMT. just hold the lighter under it, about an inch or so away and let it melt then start to vaporize, then slowly start swirling the lighter around underneath the bulb....

Still got about 300 mg. of DMT left. So I have some to practice with :)
