So I called up my buddy and asked him if he had any kush left, and he said all he has left is Maui Wowi and Juicy Fruit. I haven't tried either of them, but I'm always open to trying new stuff.

Any opinions on either?

both are too commerical for my taste. Go with the maui wowi since its more sativa. The juicy fruit is a great mostly indica hybrid.

Maui for sure. Juicy fruit is the ultimate in generic headies. It smells alright but the taste and smoke is mediocre imo.

Maui. Pure sativas are hard to come by.

if its the same maui wowie i had, its gonna be reaaal good. :D

The Wowii i had tasted similar to Hawaiian punch.. Then the "Cali mist" and "Hawaiian mist" and "maui wowie" i've had always seemed lacking after a few days tolerance. Especially when compared to what i expect from near pure sativas. Those strains went down in my book as watered down interpretations of sativa.

I thought Maui wowie was just a new gansta way to say marijuana . I never heard of it till i heard a song called maui wowie by kid cudi .

what makes a certain type of weed good quality?

An assortment of your preferences.

me personally:
the smell of weed I find enhances the quality, the flavor enhances the quality, the high obviously is the quality, it depends on what type of high you like though. That is why weed is so great, each strain varies so much, that there isn't a strain that anyone wouldn't like. Hopefully I helped answer your question?

Its funny you say that frosty. I've always thought the same of all sativa dominant strains. They're great for a couple days but it always seems that I get used to em real fast. I always mix up what I smoke because its the only way I can stay getting high but this holds especially true for sativas, of course YMMV

I vote Maui, and have smoked both.

It is a VERY GOOD idea to switch up strains. Smoking the same thing every day not only gets boring, but your desired effects can go away. I like balancing pure indica with pure sativa (indica for sleep, sativa for depression/creativity). I like hybrids when I want the best of both.

I thought Juicy Fruit was overrated, personally. YMMV.

From what I read it seems most people already said this but, I also agree Maui is definitely the choice between the two.

I also don't think Juicy Fruit is a bad smoke though, but for me its never a first choice.

*yawn* alot with JF
