Matrifen patch Worst brand ? & has anyone ever tried dipping a patch in citric acid ?

Hey bluelighter fentanyl users

I would like to know what other peoples opinions on this brand of patch are matrifen. I was last was on patch before in 2011 I used to get durogesic dtrans brand back then which were physically bigger not just in their total fentanyl content (16.8mg compared to matrifens tiny 11mg) but in size to and also appeared better made and they stick on better.

Now ive been given this brand my dr said they have suggested that from now on everyone is given the same brand to avoid confusions, that dont make sense to me but is not my main concern. When i used to get durogesic patches they seemed to work nicely when you sucked on them if you needed something stronger. Unfortunatly these matrifen patches dont seem to work very well. The durogesic patch was far superior worn or sucked on from what i can remember.

These matrifen are made by teva has anyone else had a direct comparrison on these vs uk durogesic . I mean the durogesic dtrans matrix patch's not the durogesic gel patch. Also has anyone ever rubbed or sprinkled a bit of citric acid on patch to try and increase their oral bio with success ? Seeing as actiq and fentora use a ratio of 1:1 i was thinking of giving it a try at some point. Hope someone can help me Peace

I Know this is an old thread but Teva Brand Matrifen are a really good brand, what you do is put a nick in the patch and pull it apart. It has a membrane with silicone impregnated with Fentanyl because it stretches you can pull it totally off the backing remember which side is membrane and which side is Fentanyl. Place the Fentanyl side under your tongue and hey presto near enough instant Fentanyl intoxifacation, enjoy....

Right ive pulled a piece of patch apart now, it is the bottom layer that contains the drug the bit that would stick to your skin if your wearing them or is the drug in the thicker bit that says matrifen on it. This bit is a lot thicker.

Im confused.com now if anyone can help id appriciate it a lot.
