It's not a scientific term, but sounds like adrenal burnout.
There's a class of medicines called trophorestoratives. They take severely depleted biological systems and slowly rebuild them, nutritively. We use them in herbal clinical practice all the time. They require long term use, at least a few months. And once you start feeling a bit better, you can't take that extra energy and then go wild again. You really have to take it easy.
Here is a list you could look into, in order of importance:
#1 Nettle seed, and nettle leaf. [Kidneys / Adrenals]
#2 St. John's Wort, Skullcap, Milky Oats (Avena) [Nervous system]
#3 Ashwaganda [Nervous system and reproductive]
#4 He Shou Wu / Fo Ti (short term, less than 30 days, for reproductive system)
#5 Hawthorn [Heart]
I can't advise you on how to take these, but you should look into them. They are all without harmful side effects, except for Fo Ti which can cause liver damage if taken long term (longer than 3 months straight) or in large quantities (more than 6-8g daily).
Basically you need to look into endocrine support, as a whole. You used all the energy of speed to overwork your reproductive system, now it's spent.
You also need to source these herbs as best quality, organic. Don't just go buy some random supplement. Really research it, or consult a professional who works with herbs.
If you have access to a MD, you should get your morning cortisol level checked, as well as your thyroid levels and pituitary levels. Speed has an impact on the HPA axis (hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal).
You could also see a Chinese medicine doctor, for life gate deficiency. Which is what you have right now. You burned the candle at both ends and now your body needs restorative work.
