I know I'm talking about taking Amphetamine, but this is the health section so I decided to post here.
I've been taking Amphetamine for the past 24hrs. I've been drinking tons of water, and snacked a bit of noodles and chicken.
I've been sitting down for a lot of the time, and when I would stand up earlier in the day I was fine. In the past two hours or so when I have stood up, I have gotten two major head rushes like I've never had. I almost passed out from both of them.
I'm guessing this has to do with Low BP? How can I help myself right now?

Most likely due to low blood pressure. You can help yourself by eating something. You can salt your food a bit to bring your blood pressure up very quickly. Keep hydrated but don't overdo it on the water. Just take small sips.

Most certainly low blood pressure, but the fact that it is from sitting to standing to important (and physiological..a good thing). If your body didn't react to changing blood position and gravity then you would pass out from lack of oxygen to your brain. The reason the dizzyness goes away is that your body activates your vasoconstriction (smaller artery diameter..higher blood pressure) in order to compensate in the increase of gravity (which increase the blood pressure in your feet to quite a high level when you are standing for instance). When you are dehydrated/lacking proper electrolytes (what euphoria is getting at) you automatically have less volume in your circulatory system, which leads to less overall pressure in the system.

If you drink a ton of water for instance you will pee out many electrolytes that will need to be replenished. I would say what happened to you is a combination of both the amphetamines and hypovolemia (decreased blood volume). Amphetamines are vasoconstrictors (smaller diameter), and therefore raise your blood pressure. If you raise the blood pressure for a decent length of time your body will let out chemicals to counteract the high blood pressure. So basically, your body is fighting to balance itself, and when you stand up your ANS (autonomic nervous system...sympathetic/parasymp) is struggling a little bit because your vessels end up temporarily losing their sensitivity to the natural vasoconstricting substances that your body puts out because the level of vasodialating substances is unnaturally high in order to compensate for your amphetamine usage.

In the end, nothing to worry about unless the dizzyness persists after being standing a few seconds (~3-15 secs), or you do not return within the next day or two (without amphetamines naturally) to your previous state of this not happening often.
