All they have to do is subvert the scotus, every other branch of government is pretty much completely subverted at this point. Don’t see how this is the dreaded conspiracy theory.
Also they are already pushing to pack the scotus, to bring the judicial activism like they have with the ninth circus court.

I mean I have no problem with you preparing for it. But to me it just looks like the same old bogeyman. They've been about to take our guns for decades and decades. But here we sit, with the least amount of gun control of any first world nation (or at least virtually the least, I don't know the gun control laws of everywhere).

And of course they're trying to pack the courts. The Repubs packed the courts under Trump. Same shit.

All they gotta do is get it passed once. And with the false flags, propaganda, and legit shootings trumpeted it’s not hard to see where they’re going.
Xorth I consider you to be intellectually honest. Republicans getting their picks in isn’t the same as adding judges past the traditional 9 judge threshold. I’m sure you have read fake news explainers about why it’s the same, but the onus is on you to use common sense, even if it goes against ur tribe. Just my take, wouldn’t say anything if I thought it fell on deaf ears tbh
 
To be honest I haven't been following much recently as it's exhausting and I've become too overburdened with everything to get upset about politics for a while, but adding more judges is definitely different and not cool. I also thought it was total bullshit that the Repubs decided it was okay for Trump to add another pick right before he left office but opposed (successfully) Obama adding one a year before he left office. But you're right that it's different and more concerning to alter the structure of the government to do so, than it is to pull a sneaky hypocritical fast one.

I’m about the same, I don’t watch or listen to any media minus Michael savages pod cast occasionally.
So the only thing I would point out is that Republicans picked a judge at the end bc they could. Obama would have 100% put garland in if he had had the ability to. Nothing that happened was unprecedented, in fact had they let Obama have the pick it would have been unprecedented, as would be if they had not put ACB in when they had the political ability to.
Both sides are scum, and about the same, save a few. I just think packing the courts past nine judges would cause our last respected institution meant to not be ultra partisan exactly that. Then Republicans would add their judges, and the court would be far less effective.
I’ll say on the flip side I wouldn’t mind seeing the courts packed bc I think it would rip the band aid off and get us to Balkanization sooner. Idk

It is very on topic, why are we talking about it here? Bc court packing is one of the only sure fire way they could ban guns, plain and simple. Judicial activism has traditionally been the route to tackling things that are protected like human rights/gun rights. Not being murican I can see how someone might not see this though tbf

The Supreme Court will not get packed, no matter how many times you state that it will. It’s not even worth arguing because the political will is simply not there. The idea that one Democrat is holding back the tide in this issue is ridiculous.

I am just saying I was correct that they have an official exploratory committee lookin into packing the court, and that supersedes your personal opinion on court packings plausibility imo. Judicial activism is the only true way they can go around the will of the people, and get major rights like gun ownership severely limited in this country.

All of those links were real but I forgot to take the tags off, could have easily been typed out and gone too. Can’t recall what we were discussing. Definitely a gaff on my part.

What we need to do is apply fingerprint unlocking technology that we have on our damn phones and put that on large caliber weapons
 
They'll never get rid of guns in America, or outlaw them, it's part of our culture, it's too bad you have so many bad seeds or nut cases that have access to them.

If they made it easier in certain states for law abiding citizens like where I live in New Jersey where it's almost impossible to get a gun permit, maybe these mass shootings would lessen, they should make gun ownership easier allover America, for citizens without felonies, this way we could combat these lunatics.

In Pennsylvania you're allowed to carry your gun on your holster at your side.
