another weak minded, cowardly fool shoots up a public place. in texas.
the tragedy, the deaths and the suffering... those are, of course, the worst parts;
but the thing that pisses me off almost as badly is the banality. FUCK banality! there's NOTHING original or inspired about being a feckless, murdery dastard.
some ppl on reddit were saying we should just start calling these fuckboys "loser # 256"... i like that idea. we ought to stop publishing their face/ name.

I bet if you look hard enough you can find a couple 50/50 black/white people that have killed a black person and been labeled a white supremacist, or one that killed a white person and never made the news

Looks like another SUV attacked and murdered some folx. I remember when they did absolutely nothing after that SUV raped and murdered all those people up in Wisconsin. Nothing will happen sadly

President of Serbia announced revision of all licenses for weapon not intended for hunting and said that from around 400 000 people owning weapon for other reason but hunting after revision there will be left about 30 000 with license. But have in mind Serbia is full of illegal weapons and I bet some or even many of those who will lose license will just get illegal weapon but that might be just my wrong assumption, idk. Second shooting happened with illegal weapon anyway. And I know in Croatia almost all crimes committed by firearm are committed by illegal weapons, would be surprised if it isn’t same in other ex-yu countries too.
But he also tried to establish death penalty and said he has remorse for previously being against it and that ofc wont happen and was discarded by other in position of power immediately.
They do have policeman in every school now. And neighboring countries are also starting to bother kids cuz of what happened and doing things that imho will do more damage than good or at best accomplish nothing. Locking sharp things or having lights on in every hall all the time and such things, yeah, like that’ll save lives.. Another stupidity fest on Balkan starting. But unfortunately this really might kick-start similar things as net is already full of kids glorifying what happened or announcing they’ll do the same.

But seriously, people know that vehicle deaths are still higher right? Just from accidents alone.
Particularly among children. Vehicle accidents are the number one killer of children outside infancy, but the anti-gun lobbyists obfuscate this by calling people in their late teens 'children'...

Unfortunately there is no motivation, since they don’t want to confiscate vehicles yet. When they really try and push the EDV nonsense, then we may see them reporting on vehicle deaths to get them banned.

There’s a study how SUVs and cars with that thing in front to make them more crash resistant or whatever, hitting a child significantly lowers chances of survival compared to smaller/lighter models of cars and cars without that thing I don’t know how it’s called (that’s already banned in some countries).. So maybe they’ll just start banning certain cars lol

they are children , by definition, until the 'age of majority' (usually 18, at least it is in the u.s.)

People mature at different rates…but generally “children” in their late teens with some type of psychopathy are way more “grown up” then normal kids

I'm sorry you feel that way. Here's to hoping a teenager doesn't murder or rape you or your loved ones.
I am plenty familiar with that Offspring song. Some states have (thank God) been sending teens away on adult charges again in recent years, which is the right thing to do when someone commits a crime so horrific that they cannot be rehabilitated.
You're just arguing pure semantics here and I cannot fathom why. Teenagers are not children. Ask any teenager if they believe they're a child and you'll get the same answer.
